Start the timer in Todoist. Head over to Todoist. You should now see a Toggl Track icon in the user interface. Clicking on it will open a popup where you can start the timer, add a time entry description, project or tags. You are now tracking time! The Todoist app for Jira allows you to create a Todoist task from the menu of any Jira issue.- Installing the app will add an 'Add to Todoist' menu item to your Jira issue view.- Use the app to quickly send a task to your Todoist Inbox and navigate there to add any further details and reminders.

Simple, so it performs well on a very basic integration level. It just pushes an Issue from Jira to Todist's Inbox, where it's created as a task with a title and unique link to the Issue in Jira.But, this integration isn't bi-directional, so Jira doesn't know about the task in Todoist. Nor does completing the task in Todoist change the status in Jira (or vice versa). Hitting the menu item in Jira once again, simply creates a duplicate task in Todoist. I can't find an option to automate this action in Jira, so you'll have to keep both platforms in sync manually.
